UAE residents can easily sponsor their family members. First-degree relatives require the sponsor to have a minimum monthly salary of AED 4,000. The documentation includes:
- Attested proof of kinship, such as a marriage contract or birth certificate.
- The resident sponsor's Emirates ID, passport copy, and Ejari (tenancy contract).
- Please note that the 10-day grace period has been eliminated; overstay fines accrue immediately upon visa expiry.
